The room was a good size, bathroom was large. The Breakfast was good and it was only a short walk from the hotel to the centre of town and thw chateau. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were cycling and the cycle storage was excellent (plus they were very happy to store our bags which were delivered/collected by a baggage transfer service).

This was the perfect place to use as my home base for 4 days for exploring Amboise and other nearby chateaus by bike. The location is excellent, right in the middle of town, and only a 20-minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I made use of their great breakfast every morning and their bike storage room. There's no outdoor space, but you are less than a 5-minute walk from the river anyways.

A great location right in the centre of town within easy walking distance of the two chateaus. We had a great welcome from the hotel receptionist. She was very helpful as we had arrived on two cycles. They have great facilities here for cycles - a large room which leads straight into the main hotel and with convenient charging points for electric cycles. It couldn't be better. Breakfast was good here too.

The property is clean, easily accessible and the staff is friendly. Rooms are just enough for basic stay.

The front desk staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. The room is very small but adequate though it could be improved by having a slightly larger table to put things on and a luggage rack. Having to open your suitcase case either on the floor or the bed is a bummer.

We were greeted by a polite young man who spoke good English. The room was quaint but large and well equipped. The hotel was well placed within the town and we would have stayed longer if we could. Overall a very pleasent place to rest.

We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly ( we were travelling with our dog). We found the staff very friendly and Helpful. The room was not large but fine for us as we were only staying the one night. We didn't have to walk far to find the historic area and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was good but we found the dinning room a little cramped.

Really good location and friendly, helpful staff. Great storage for bikes with room for plenty of them. Good breakfasts and lovely little bar area with décent prices.

Great hotel , have stayed here before , great location , comfortable bed , clean and tidy room , good buffet breakfast and under new management , very helpful , look forward to staying there
